I began practicing yoga on an irregular basis in London during University, a group of friends invited me to go to yoga classes on Friday nights as a way to mentally and emotionally ground after a long week, this became a routine. I moved to Toronto at 22 and was a regular student at the Bloor West Moksha Yoga, and later became an energy exchange trade at Moksha Yoga Downtown. After practicing and trading for approximately seven years, the stars aligned and timing worked out perfectly for me to take the Moksha teacher training.
I come from an athletic background (track and field) and instruct the Moksha series from a technical, form perfecting approach, but also infused instruction with breath work and anxiety control. I like to form close relationships with yoga students and assist them on their journey to open hamstrings, a pain free back, and a life of fulfillment and joy 🙂
