About Pamela:
Pamela is a health professional and busy mom of two. She advocates leading an active, well-balanced lifestyle. She is a former dancer, having trained her entire life and graduated from Ryerson’s dance program. She has been a Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor for over ten years, and currently teaches her own method classes. After many years of advising friends and family on eating well, Pamela finally became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. She is passionate about good food and feeling strong. With her background and knowledge, she strives in helping others achieve their healthiest life.For our Spring Clean event, she will help provide you tips for healthy living: simple pointers on how to eat clean and create balance, which will help to promote a whole lifestyle change.

A relaxing yoga practice with a short guided meditation will then follow. The event will end with some casual mingling over nibbles, and your chance to ask Pamela your personal questions one-on-one!

You can also expect some giveaways/raffles and just good vibes all around!
